Late August and we have arrived on the verge of Dubrovnik for a week of sun sea and sensibility. Man it’s hot: good hot not bad hot. As I sit on the balcony overlooking the Adriatic I hear the waves against the rocky shoreline and try to relax. Perhaps some wine might help?  Let’s find out
